I. Do shoes come with a box?

Yes, each pair of shoes comes with the original box. For Jordan series, with the retro cards.

II. What size do we have?

Shoes size ranges 7-12, and bigger sizes are only available to a few styles.
Most shoes are available in size 8-12, for smaller size 7, and bigger size 12, not always available. Most shoes are in European or US sizes.

III. Do you retail or wholesale?

We welcome single pair order (sample order) as well as bulk purchases. Price is for retail orders. For wholesale, we offer  some discount depending on quantity and quality of items.

IV. Do you have custom shoes?

Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.

V. How can I get a price list?

Prices vary for different styles, and are according to market supply and demand conditions. Please email us for the latest price list.

VI. How do I place orders?

You can place your order online, or through telephone or fax.
For online ordering, please write tojordanvip-51@hotmail.com, indicate what shoes you want with sizes, colors and quantities, preferably with pictures.
For phone and fax ordering, please check our contact details pages.
Once we receive your order, we will check the stock for you, and send you a proforma invoice with the total costs. If you agree, you can make your full payment via Western Union, Paypal or bank transfer . We will send you shoes once we get the money.

VII. Can I order items as samples?

Yes, we accept samples orders.
Ordering procedures are the same as mentioned above.
Please note the additional shipping charges for order less than 10 pairs. Besides the unit price, we have to charge $20 more each pairs for shipping.

VIII. Can I choose the size of my sample?

For sample order, no option for sizes.
However, we suggest that you choose your prefer sizes. We will try to get a pair in the right size for you, but we cannot guarantee it.

IX. When can I receive my items?

Usually shoes are shipped within two days after payment received. Delivery will take about one week. If we cannot send you shoes in a short time, we will let you know for refund or a replacement. Note: There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

X. How will the shoes be delievered?

Usually shoes are sent UPS. EMS is also constantly used.

XI. How can I know about order status?

Once we send the shoes, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your shoes until they reach you.

XIII. Do you have refund guarantee?

Yes, refund is applied under certain condition. Please check the Refund Policy section.
